SEGMENT 1: Steffan begins the program with the F-16 crash in California, a word on Military Transport Day, and a special musical tribute to National Armed Services Day.
SEGMENT 2: Guest: Steffan with Phillip Gutierrez at American Legion Post 1 at I-25 and Yale discussing the Forgotten Heroes Fund and how it helped Phil get the medals his father earned from the U.S. military.
SEGMENT 3: Steffan honors the life and military service of Fleming Begaye Sr, one of the oldest surviving Navajo Code Talkers to pass away circa a 2017 White House visit. Then, a 2001 presentation by President George W. Bush honoring the overall service of the Navajo Code Talkers in WWII.
SEGMENT 4: Steffan discusses the recent legislative effort to assist Blue Water Veterans; servicemen who served offshore Vietnam, and previously denied V.A. help. Finally, we end the program honoring the passing of Medal of Honor recipient Bob Maxwell.
